Free education is not a right, it is a privilege and therefore each opportunity given to students to avail themselves to further education must not be wasted or taken for granted.

Students attending public and private tertiary level institutions ought to recognize that they enjoy the advantage of government-assisted programme financing and should, from the commencement of their study, display commitment to successfully and outstandingly completing their courses of study.

At Academy of Tertiary Studies (ATS), we recognize the value of a good and sound education and the holistic development of the individual. Gaining knowledge must be accompanied by positive growth of the person especially in our country which depends on its human capital as its most important resource.

With this in mind, I encourage all students who are benefitting from educational avenues available to them, to remember their duty at all times to serve our Creator, our Country and our Communities.
